Week of Well-Being Day 1 is complete, but there are five more events to join us this week!
Our Week of Well-Being, a series of events focused on all aspects of our well-being, continues all week-long ✨
Hey, #NoteddTribe! Yesterday, we had the honor to kick off our Week of Well-Being with the amazingly talented Rosalyn Davis! Rosalyn, a certified Revelation Breathwork practitioner and trained Sound Healing therapist, guided us through a beautiful meditation and breathwork session with an awesome playlist in the background.
Tonight and tomorrow will be no different! Tonight, we will be joined by the incredible Shelby Tinsley to discuss the power of affirmations and their connection to our well-being.
Here’s a little more about tonight’s speaker:
Shelby Tinsley, Founder & CEO of iShallBe, has created a multi-dimensional platform to encourage people to affirm purposeful thoughts and ideas into existence. As a young leader in the tech industry, Shelby has a lifetime of experience creating opportunities through connecting words and people. As a newborn, she was named after an affirmation that she “Shall Be” all things without reservation.
Tomorrow, the incredible Miyoshi Days, founder of Hate the Dot, will share self-care practices to add to each phase of our cycles. She’ll walk through her coined method (a personal favorite of our founder Lauren) called the R.O.S.A. method.
Learn more about Miyoshi below:
Miyoshi Days is a menstrual advocate, activist, thought leader, and founder of Hate the Dot. Hate the Dot’s mission is to help turn menstrual cycles into self-care rituals through education and advocacy. Hate the Dot launched a community-based online platform this February where you can access experts, educational materials, videos, and ask those questions about your body that you’re just too afraid to ask anyone else. Join the community here!
On the platform, Miyoshi talks about periods, mental health, nutrition, hormones, vaginas...all of it. Miyoshi has a strong passion for educating, empowering, and helping women and menstruators alike prioritize their health and self-care. Hate the Dot has been featured in dozens of publications such as Teen Vogue and NBC.
We’re still accepting RSVPs for tonight’s event and our entire lineup of events and speakers for the rest of the week. Learn more about each event, and remember to sign up as we want to ensure that you take some time for YOU this week.
