ICYMI: Week of Well-Being Replays Are Now Available!
You now have exclusive access to our events from our first Week of Well-Being event series
Happy Replay Tuesday, #NoteddTribe! That’s right; replays from our Week of Well-Being event series are NOW AVAILABLE.
ICYMI: We had some of the BEST in the wellness game, including Rosalyn Davis, Shelby Tinsley, Miyoshi Days, Asia Rodriquez, and Rashia Bell, lead incredible events related to all aspects of our well-being last month.
Check out the link to watch the replay and the summary of each event below.
Shelby Tinsley, Founder & CEO of iShallBe, walked through the power of affirmations and its connection with our well-being. She shared a 7-step process to adding affirmations into your day-to-day routine, and provided a list of daily affirmations that are intended to build self-confidence. More on these two areas below!
Miyoshi Days, founder of Hate the Dot, walked through her coined method (a personal favorite of our founder Lauren) called the R.O.S.A. method, sharing self-care practices to add to each phase of our cycles.
Asia Rodriquez, a psychotherapist licensed in Washington, DC, Virginia (LPC), and Maryland (LCPC) and owner of Zola Counseling, walked through the eight dimensions of wellness, and provided resources to help us be more self-aware and determine when we need to pour into a certain a dimension or multiple ones.
Rashia Bell, founder of The Cristalline and Re.Vityl, walked through a three-step process to infuse positive energy into our spaces, and previewed different crystals to add to your home.
Also a friendly reminder for those who were able to attend to please fill out the following surveys as we want to ensure that we continue to provide the service and support you need here at Notedd related to topics and events like the ones we covered during the Week of Well-Being.
Thank you all again. We hope you enjoy the above replays, and as always, #staynotedd!
