Happy Thursday, #NoteddTribe! How are you celebrating your wins? We are guilty of not celebrating as often as we should. Jumping ahead, we provide suggestions on ways to build gratitude in your routine below in the honorable mentions, but celebrating isn't discussed as much. Let's remember to celebrate all of the wins — whether small, medium, or large — as it's proven to amplify your mood and productivity.

Going Back to the Workplace
A recent PwC survey disclosed that 75% of the 133 executives polled anticipate that at least half of office employees will be working in the office by July 2021. In addition, the executives surveyed shared that only 13% are open to remote life, and 68% believe employees should be in the office at least three days a week.
However, 64% of Black respondents in a Slack survey said they could better manage their stress while working from home. In addition, respondents' sense of belonging at work increased 50% once they began working from home. Many acknowledge that working from home helps Black women have better control over their environments and stressors. Still, concerns of limited opportunities for career growth and challenging team environments have been notedd as setbacks while working remotely.
Essence recently shared a list of ways to help Black women prepare for workplace challenges as offices reopen. Additionally, Insider covers stories of how working from home is beneficial to some Black women.

We were recently introduced to L'Oreal Thompson Payton's weekly motivational newsletter, LT In The City.
